If you want the BEST traditional Pakistani/Northern Indian cuisine, this is THE place to go. Located in Toronto's Gerrard East/Coxwell "Little India", Lahore provides an amazing cultural experience - live music, a large grill room, and extensive menu 'to boot'. Go for the butter chicken, naan and vegitable dishes. You will not believe the prices and the quality of the food. As a tip, do not wear anything you don't want to smell like a bbq afterwards.

With its main building under seemingly endless renovations, the crude portables next door which house the seating area work to further set off the godly food that this place pumps out.With paper plates and plastic cutlery on your table and loud music in the air, you’ll feel like you’re at some kind of Pakistani Chuck-E-Cheese. But, what’s to follow will make you forget about all your past rat-hosted pizza parties.What happens next is indescribable. Delicacy and richness in flavour like you wouldn’t believe. Everything is excellent; just throw darts at the menu.Perhaps one day we’ll get to experience these royal dishes the palace-to-be next door…

My family has been going here for years. This is where Pakistani people go for Pakistani food. Enough said. ... Well, also, the decor is really nice. Nice big rooms inside and a huge covered patio outside. Also, it's Halal, which is nice.

You feel like you're at an indian wedding party... in india! I've sent some indian friends there and they couldn't stop talking about it - LTH is doing something right!

My family went to eat at LaHore Tikka on Gerrard the other night and we sat on their patio that is a tent with picnic tables and very nice music playing in the background. Food was the best Indian i ever had and the service was pleasant and very welcoming.I would give it a 5 star rating!

Yes, you sit in a drafty portable at picnic tables (blame the never-ending reno), and yes, you must eat from paper and styrofoam using plastic utensils. But Lahore's south Asian homestyle cookery is so good, you'll have a hard time remembering the annoyances. Feast on remarkably delicious grilled meats and fish, savoury curries, perfect pilau, flatbreads, lassi and ice cream. And enjoy the prompt and friendly service.

They serve the best chana masala in North America. Also, I am charmed by LTH's combination of high and low culture (swanky ladies washroom; styrofoam plates at picnic tables). Even the gloomiest cynic will feel cheered up by the zany atmosphere...
