They have the best instructors and the studio has an energetic vibe. Quad East just opened (near Broadview) and it's a wonderful place. The team at Quad make spinning appealing to people of all fitness levels. They have 3 locations - King & Brant, Queen & Broadview and Oakville.

What a crazy workout! 1 hour of heart pumping, sweat loving crazy exercise. The ambience is cool - nothing fancy or pretencious. You feel so great when you leave. It is very efficient - no wasting time. You lock your feet in your bike and you are off. Highly recommend this as a great way to get in shape.
