It is a simple classic that never disappoints. Feather light meringue with the right balance between crunch and chew sandwiches fresh whipped cream and fragrant fruit. While strawberry almond is probably the patisserie's most popular variety, the mango is great too. A true crowd-pleaser, it is a wonderful finish to a dinner party; it is sweet without being cloying and not too heavy (even with all that luscious cream!)
