I haven't been disappointed with any of their vegetarian sandwiches. They do a great veggie chicken club, substituting the bacon for grilled eggplant. Their veggie souvlaki and veggie burger are hard to beat, and portions are huge.

College Street Gem

This cozy college street gem is too good to describe in print. The food is well priced and delicious. During peak dining hours you may have to wait but it's worth it.

I don't even like steak and I can't get enough of the steak quesadilla. Everything about this place is phenomenal. The service, the homemade mayo, the hot sauce and the poutine are all fantastic, but paired with very reasonable prices and a warm atmosphere means that this place takes the cake! As others have posted, there can be a wait (peak hours especially). Every time I've been, the maximum amount of time I waited was 10 minutes and I've always gotten a spot on the patio. :) Try the hot sauce and flavoured mayos for sure. I'm positive that the herbs/spices for the mayo come from their own little garden in the summer time. They just taste so darn fresh!

Casual Cool

Fantastic vegetarian-friendly casual fare. They will make anything on the menu for you with mock meat. Their burgers and burritos are fantastic and they take condiments to the next level.

They have lots of different flavored mayos. The wasabi and red pepper ones are both fantastic. The gravy is also great - and vegetarian. And be sure to try the hot sauce at every table.

The one downside for me is the wait. Not the amount of time, you have to expect that from most "hot" places. But that despite the popularity, the staff always seems completely unprepared to deal with the lineup - and the venue is set up in such a way that there is no waiting area, making an ever increasing amount of people wait in the doorway.

Cheap vegetarian meal

Being a veggie, i have definitely tried my share of less than appetizing burgers, "mock" meats and mystery soy. at utopia they have an extensive menu full of delicious options for cheap prices. my favourite is the grilled eggplant and goat cheese wrap. its HUGE and absolutely DELISH! bonus points if you can get a spot in the backyard patio.

It tastes like the real thing but only better. Utopia is a hidden gem. The portions are huge, fries are incredible, prices are cheap, food is delicious and the patio is where its at.

The burgers are absolutely delicious. You get a big plate of fries with it, and all for less than 10 dollars. I just wish the restaurant wasn't so packed.
