Beautiful Park

Rated this place:

Edwards Gardens

This is a gorgeous place to go for a first date, or just to walk around. There are little bridges, beautiful flowers and a ton of trees. A great place to take kids to run around. It is beautiful in the summertime.

Outdoor stroll

Rated this place:

What better way to celebrate summer weather in mid-october than taking a trip to Toronto's own botantical gardens! Edwards Gardens is a slice of the country right in the city...a great free way to enjoy the weather...I recommend taking the TTC to Lawrence and Leslie because on a gorgeous day the parking lot is packed.

Public garden

Rated this place:

It's a gorgeous walk. They really spend a lot of time taking care of the property. I also quite enjoy the chipmunks (which are very tame). Weddings crowd the park a bit in peak season, but there are still some nice quiet spots.

Picnic spot

Rated this place:

I have enjoyed picnics here since I was a child and there are a lot of memories attached. Being a 'picnic'-a-holic, I am game for most suggestions, including the backyard.
