a little pricey, Pâtisserie de Gascogne is a great place to pick up a tea or a cappucino and a croissant, and sit in the window (or, on the small outdoor summer patio) and watch the drama unfold in the middle of Westmount.
Quiche is especially yummy, as are the array of chocolates, delicately wrapped for each little holiday throughout the year.
