Although the receptionists are unquestionably rude, the service staff is kind and very talented, and the services are plentiful. Clean, minimalist atmosphere, great colourists, fabulous haircuts, and qualified aestheticians. Note: payments by cash or Mastercard only, but for those that forget (like me, every single time, without fail) there is an RBC around the corner, also located in Westmount Square.
