Nightspot: I attended a friend's birthday party here the other week and it was such fun! The place has been restyled to a modern French aesthetic. This lower level place has an intimate feel but gets rockin' when it's busy.

Crispy Roll

Sushi meal: I love the crispy bits in their signature rolls! Rolls have lots of fish and perfectly done rice. The staff are so friendly too. You always feel like they are thrilled you have come to eat at their restaurant. Plus, the sushi here is super affordable. And the Queen St. location ain't bad either!

Vegetarian restaurant: I absolutely love this place. They make tofu taste spectacular! Even though everything on the menu is fantasic, I always seem to gravitate to the Energy Bowl.

Work-out: This gym is brand new! There is nothing like using new equipment. It's a specious and naturally lit gym with great views of the downtown skyline. My favourite time to go is first thing in the morning. Evenings are always insanely busy.

Jogging route: Especially in the evening when the sun is going down and its light slants across the water making it sparkle. Being by the water as opposed to being swallowed up by the city is a welcome release.
