Fitness classes: Their running clinics are an incredible value and a great way to get in shape. They have clinics for everyone from beginners to wannabe-marathoners. The once-weekly clinics offer more than just a run - they also teach you about related topics such as proper attire, nutrition, how to avoid injury, etc. Also, they have free practice runs twice a week which is a great way to stay in shape on the cheap!
