There are many reasons to love this concept, more than just the fact that it looks like the Mini-Coop of the taxi world. 1) It's free! 2) These tri-wheeled vehicles are pedal-powered -- bad for drivers, great for us and a smog-free environment. 3) There are 28 of these little buggies in the city (I spotted one at Queen West) although I think they will be more of a seasonal/summer thing.
