Chef Richard Andino is a genious with catering as much as he is with his dinner menu. Best Chicken Salad and Roast Beef sandwiches that I have ever tasted ... along with salads and desserts, made for the best lunch meeting I've hosted.

located right in the heart of bloor&yorkville, flow is the place to be for an intimate meal or even people watching on the patio during tiff. between the delectible cheesecake with raspberry coulis and a complimentary glass of ice wine - im sold!

Definitely not the sort of place I'd grab lunch every day (it would take my whole paycheque to cover a week's meals!) but wow, lovely place for a special occasion. No matter which company throws a luncheon here, I RSVP yes! Great food and superstar atmosphere - I love it!
